On Saturday, religious Jews say extra long prayers, reading hundreds of pages for about two hours. Saturday called Shabat [or in America Shabbiss] is a Holy day to wear different clothes. Since almost everything is electric and religious Jews may not switch electricity, they would be bored for hours with nothing to do:
no video because electric
no driving because electric
no radio, mp3, ipad - one would go mad
the rabbis saved the day assigning long prayers of hundreds of pages without exageration and encouraging afternoon sleeping
in addition to the 90 pages of the weekday add ten extra psalms, long ones [darke moshe from or zrua] and other additions more and more and no breakfast served before the long prayers
instead of tons of reading how about something short because the "jewish law halaka" said "good short" and short is good.
but first about electric
i met a jew who switched to the religious lifestyle who was "so happy that they can unhook from the phone for one day"
instead of unhooking the whole day how about "three hours in the cinema" where you are supposed to turn off cellphones=that is freeing you
forbidding the entire day causes trouble because one cannot make plans nor meet people
but if god forbade electricity then no choice
religious jews cannot choose
unless they choose not to be religious
back to obeying the values of jewish law that "short is good"
in contrast to the prayer described
i suggest a song according to the letters, that obeys halaka that short is good so replace the prayer book with this:

I tested it yesterday for shabat and read it slowly because it is short so no hurry and short is "good"
then no requests on shabat so read a book. also forbidden only study jewish books.
personaly after I thenked god for forgiveness I took a bus to the cinema switched off my phone to "be free and unhooked" for 3 hours enjoyed the new video in the cinema which was truly enjoying shabat switched the phone back on and made plans.

for the weekdays we have less time so each day do one letter for example sunday the first letter of the previous song.
