one law: that banks cannot refuse to open a bank account for a political party
problem of equality: despite that banks can and do refuse to open accounts for private people, a choice called "autonomy and self-determination" yet this law that benefits both politicians and gives=grants greater privilege than the average citizen, for this corruption of justice and of equality which challenges the autonomy of a bank- they worked together
