when we feel a good feeling such as pleasure and enjoyment, there are certian body-chemicals called bio-chemicals [some are hormonse] which relate to these feelings.
from my reading:
eat noodles. because-
avoiding carbs [as some people i know avoid and talk about no carbs]- is BAD for emotions because the carbohydrates relate to some joy-bio-chemicals.
so eat those noodles! etc. as long as not too much per meal. [what is too much? ask a dietitician for your personal needs] what is certain: avoiding cabohydrates such as starch in corn or rice or noodles is bad for emotions
music is not just pleasant-
but also important for moods set a goal to listen to music daily- if you "acheive" you have 2-in-one stimulation of joy-bio-chemicals. also exercise- such as a brisk walk, several days a week, set the goal and do it- another 2-in-one. if you also:
** keep a visual written-record that is a third stimulator.
summary: list the goals, especially music and exercise- then do them and write if you did for each week and month
people who meditate and yoga stretches with calmness "feel" different- this also relates to bio-chemicals which can be stimulated by the above.
