Senate foreign relations

U.S. Senator Bob Menendez, senior member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, stated "the U.S. was forfeiting whatever leverage it had left" regarding Iran,
despite being on obama's "democratic" team, this expert in foreign relations still recognized the problem that this Iran-treaty conceded way too much
this is significant because although we can expect the republicans [such as corker] to oppose obama we see democrats recognizing the need for continued sanctions on iran
**it is appropriate to legislate that the US must continue sanctions on Iran until they accept the conditions which austria accepted in the austria state treaty of 1955
the "war" claim can be used by both sides "remove sanctions to avoid war" or "keep sanctions to avoid war" but that is just a trick, because-
there is war in the middle east already and no new war will generated either way.
the result of continued sanctions may be that iran finally compromises-
or continues to be pressured by sanctions until new leaders replace the current iranian leaders.
