we should take seriously genesis 15.18 [kjv]v
In the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates:

the other option is to say: because the bible says this- that a covenant was "made" past "i have given" to the "seed" of abraham- and that does not match your political orientation then- say it is not holy
