no king- no monarchy one ruler who stays until death because then he only rules for self selfish and does not need to help people

he taxes the people and uses it for self

no tax without representing what the people need

that is independence of america

hurray presidents need to be "re-elected" which compels them to do things that make people happy

or they will lose votes

similarly in other places where elections are needed

but what about mahmoud abbas leader of the palestiniam authority? when was the last election there? if you want palestinian "independence", then that means free from a king- same as america wanted free from king of england hence in essence under israel which has multi-racial parliament is more "free" than under abbas- !! jesus christ!

can someone who wants palestinian independence want it to be ruled by a monarch? who rules as l;ong as he wants?

same problem for haniya and the leaders in Gaza-

if you want the idea of independence for palestinians, then that does not mean "weaken the jew" but give the masses a parliament- not a monarch like haniya and abbas-

in summary the term grant independence" is a trick for you to support NOT-independent SITUATION like monarchy- so if you honestly want "independence" for them STOP SUPPORTING THE MONARCHY of Abbas called PA and Hamas in gaza, without the name "king" has the same problem if the leader does not need the people to remain a leader. 

WORSE if the leader uses taxes1 on expensive weapons  shot at unthreatening villages-
