SUMMER!
Hot summer days. I wear just one layer
[a light shirt], but sheep must be very sad
they constantly grow a thick coat of wool
I asked one at the farm but he just baaed
my home does not have air-conditioning
[just a fan], if it would I could've led
some suffering sheep into my cool home
they won't break stuff if they're tied to a bed!
note: the verb baa is not past unless- according to the dictionary- +ed and a "d" does not suffice
